On me demande souvent ce qui m’a motiv\u00e9e pour cr\u00e9er cet accompagnement, il y a plusieurs raisons :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

          Quelques mots sur mon parcours<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

          • Mon premier m\u00e9tier est celui d\u2019infirmi\u00e8re<\/strong>. D\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e de mes \u00e9tudes, j\u2019\u00e9tais motiv\u00e9e par le projet d\u2019exercer en sant\u00e9 mentale<\/strong>. Infirmi\u00e8re dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e, j\u2019ai notamment exerc\u00e9 dans des services de psychiatrie pour adultes et adolescents. J\u2019ai \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 Infirmi\u00e8re coordinatrice dans une \u00e9quipe mobile sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en sant\u00e9 mentale pour accompagner des patients dans leur insertion \/ r\u00e9insertion sociale.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            • C’est dans un service d’h\u00e9modialyse que j\u2019ai fait un premier Burn out<\/strong> en 2019, avec des cons\u00e9quences<\/strong> physiques, psychiques et sociales handicapantes qui m\u2019ont beaucoup marqu\u00e9e<\/strong>. Puis, j\u2019ai v\u00e9cu un<\/span> second \u00e9pisode d\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel<\/strong> en 2020 qui m\u2019a conduit \u00e0 m\u2019int\u00e9resser de plus pr\u00e8s \u00e0 la question du <\/span>r\u00e9tablissement<\/strong> dans ce domaine.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              • Ne trouvant que peu de r\u00e9ponses pour ce type de probl\u00e9matique sp\u00e9cifique<\/strong> : j\u2019ai ressenti beaucoup de frustration. <\/span>C\u2019est de l\u00e0 qu\u2019est parti mon projet : j’ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er moi-m\u00eame une th\u00e9rapie structur\u00e9e, pour les Burn out et autres types d’\u00e9puisement<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                • Pour cela je m\u2019appuie sur mes exp\u00e9riences professionnelles en sant\u00e9 mentale,<\/strong> sur ma propre exp\u00e9rience personnelle<\/strong> et en recherchant ou cr\u00e9ant des outils les plus efficaces possibles<\/strong> pour se r\u00e9tablir d\u2019une p\u00e9riode de vie particuli\u00e8rement vuln\u00e9rable et d\u00e9stabilisante.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
